In the early hours of June 15th 2015, Elisabeth Elliot passed through gates of splendor at the age of 88.  She was the wife of famed missionary Jim Elliot, and dedicated her life to the work of missions and discipling women in the gospel.  She wrote about the mission in Ecuador, the very mission that took Jim’s life in her book, Through Gates of Splendor.  Below you will see some articles worthy of your attention regarding this faithful servant of the Lord.

Elisabeth Elliot (1926-2015) – Justin Taylor points out some of Elisabeth Elliot’s works, highlights some of her poetry, and explains why she will be greatly missed.  Justin writes, “She was a beautiful woman of whom the world was not worthy.”
